Vacancy Announcement: District Education Department Barkhan
Applications are invited from eligible local/domicile candidates of Barkhan District for various Secondary School Teacher (SST) positions (B-17) under the Directorate of Schools Education, Government of Balochistan, purely on ad-hoc basis for 01 year (extendable under Ad-hoc Teaching Staff Recruitment Policy 2026).
Available Positions & Qualifications
- Secondary School Teacher (Science / Physics) (B-17) – 07 Posts: BS (Physics) 4-year / BSc / Master’s degree in Physics from a recognized university.
- Secondary School Teacher (Science / Chemistry) (B-17) – 03 Posts: BS (Chemistry) 4-year / BSc / Master’s degree in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- Secondary School Teacher (Science / Biology) (B-17) – 06 Posts: BS (Zoology/Botany) 4-year / BSc / Master’s degree in Zoology/Botany from a recognized university.
- Secondary School Teacher (Science / Mathematics) (B-17) – 28 Posts: BS (Mathematics) 4-year / BSc / BE / Master’s degree in Mathematics from a recognized university.
- Secondary School Teacher (General / English) (B-17) – 60 Posts: BS (English) 4-year / Master’s degree in English from a recognized university.
Important Guidelines & Criteria
- Domicile: Only candidates possessing a local/domicile certificate of Barkhan District are eligible
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years maximum
- Selection Process: No written test or interview will be conducted; merit will be calculated strictly based on academic qualifications out of 100 marks (50% minimum passing marks required.
